  1. All Delegates participating in the conference MUST be registered to attend.
  2. Delegate Registration cannot be processed without payment.
  3. A confirmation will be sent via email within 7-10 days after your registration related information is received with payment.
  4. No refunds will be given on cancellations or non-attendance, however changes in the nomination can be done.
  5. We accept card payment in the form of American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

  7. Maritime World Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any trade show if the minimum registration is not met. If the trade show is cancelled, all registration fees will be refunded.
  8. Please note that registration fee does not include any travel or accommodation, the participants need to arrange it on their own , for which suitable assistance would be provided.
