  • 1. All Delegates participating in the conference MUST be registered to attend.

  • 2. Delegate Registration cannot be processed without payment.

  • 3. A confirmation will be sent via email  within 7-10 days after your  registration related information is received with payment.

  • 4. No refunds will be given on cancellations or non-attendance, however changes in the nomination can be done.

  • 5. We accept card payment in the form of American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

  • 6. If you do not receive a confirmation email or have questions, contact us by email or call us at +91 22 4131 4465 . 

  • 7. Maritime World Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. If the event is cancelled, all registration fees will be refunded.

  • 8. Please note that registration fee does not include any travel or accommodation, the participants need to arrange it on their own , for which suitable assistance would be provided.
