Maritime Nation India Conference 2016

The objective is to showcase as well as follow through on the inherent potential opportunities in the Indian maritime industry.


The conference is focussed around seven key sectorial themes in the maritime ecosystem - Trade Lanes, Shipping, Ports, CFS/ICDs & SEZs, Road, Rail & Coastal connectivity, Shipbuilding, Investments, Advisory, Technology, Training and Leisure Including Cruise and Lighthouse Tourism.

The sector-focussed conferences to be held over the three days will take up emerging issues related to rebuilding India as a Maritime Nation and follow through on the initiatives taken in this space so far.

It would provide an integrated platform for exchange of ideas and networking across the sectors and will benefit all its participants, including the regulators by providing insights and actionable suggestions.

Eminent speakers, policy makers and business leaders will address the conference, presenting an unique opportunity to network with top executives of the exhibiting companies, diplomats, and the Ministers as well as senior government officials from the Ministries of Commerce, Shipping, Transport among other dignitaries.
